**Job Title: Site Supervisor - Civil Construction**

**Location**: [Project Location, Hyderabad]
**Experience**: 4 to 5 Years
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Industry**: Automobile Infrastructure / Construction / Industrial Projects

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for all civil works - including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and structural work.
- Ensure the site is executing according to approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety norms.
- Maintain accurate documentation such as daily progress reports (DPR), labor deployment, material usage, and site inventory.
- Handle labor management, on-site workforce allocation, and productivity monitoring.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site work based on project deadlines.
- Identify and resolve any technical or execution-related issues at the site.
- Attend project review meetings and provide input on project progress and issues.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 4-5 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of all civil activities from start to finish.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and structural plans.
- Hands-on experience with site supervision tools and Microsoft Excel/Word for reporting.
- Knowledge of safety practices and statutory compliances.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in automobile plant/industrial infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
- Should be open to travel or relocation as per project requirements.
- Familiar with local regulatory norms, labor handling, and site-level coordination.

**Salary: As per industry standards**

**Joining: Immediate or within 15-30 days preferred**

Pay: ₹10,101.22 - ₹28,789.92 per month
