**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers, and construction teams, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documents, including contracts, proposals, specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project personnel.
- Maintain project calendars, schedules, and timelines, and update as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Assist in the procurement of materials, supplies, and equipment for construction projects.
- Track project expenses, invoices, and budgets, and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and databases.
- Assist in the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in construction projects.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Knowledge of construction terminology, processes, and procedures preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in project management or construction administration.
- Experience with construction document management
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial management.
- Previous experience working in the construction industry or related field.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
