Job description
Role of Site Admin Managers/ CC and facilities managers at site
- Labour numbers and attendance, Site staff attendance
2.Construction equipment maintenance and record
Taking construction approvals.
Handling the Electricity and water department issues
Maintenance of borewells /machines
Labour huts and labour living arrangements – welfare
Responding to All CC issues and complaints
Collection of Customer payments
Keep track of the facilities always properly maintained in site premises-
Security, Cleaning , Lifts , Lift AMC, Electricity bills ,Water bills, Generator, Water Management
Checking costs per month vs. collections
Flats and Flat Handovers
Qualifications
Experience: Years
Qualification: Any Degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Immediate Joining will be preferred
Salary: 65k.
