Are you a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Facilities Manager to take charge of our core administrative verticals and ensure seamless operations across:Key Responsibilities:Events Management: Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring every detail is covered from logistics to post-event analysis.
Food & Beverages: Supervise cafeteria operations and vendor management to provide quality and cost-effective F&B services for employees and guests. Housekeeping: Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards across all facilities, managing daily operations and quality audits. Stakeholder & Visa Coordination (US-Based): Liaise with US-based teams for admin and travel needs, including smooth handling of visa documentation and coordination with immigration partners.
What We're Looking For:Proven experience managing multiple admin functions simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. Hands-on experience in event management and F&B supervision. Familiarity with visa processes and international coordination (especially US-based stakeholders).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. Experience in working with global teams.
