Description:

The successful candidate will have experience in elevator construction and installation, with a strong background in project management. He/she will oversee the scheduling and installation of jobs within estimated costs and time schedules. Key responsibilities include supervising and monitoring the process, organizing stores, managing subcontractors and their teams, preparing monthly projections for job completion and inspection, and ensuring safety on site.
