**Collaboration Administrator**
To strengthen our Scientific Research Collaborations Team, Company is looking for a Collaboration Administrator, to keep Contract documentation up to date in the Contract Archive and provide administrative support to the Collaboration Managers
**The Role - challenging and future-oriented**
The role includes managing the contract administration of Research Collaboration projects between Organisation and luminary customers across the as well as supporting other related administrative tasks (e.g. organization of internal meetings, research workshops with collaboration partners and other activities involving regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
**Concrete tasks and responsibilities**:
- Harmonization and management of an internal contract template repository covering all contractual modalities in coordination with the legal departments from the individual countries.
- Management of Contract Life Cycle Management tool/CoMfor tool (contract management tool), including contract register creation, contract upload, milestone update, deliverable upload and status update before and after project completion.
- Manages the drafting of various collaboration agreements by adapting legally vetted templates as per the SHPL collaboration guideline.
- Manages communication and follow-up with the partners for functional activity such as getting and signing documents.
- Regular Follow up & tracking of the status of the contractual deliverables of collaboration with the partner.
- Support Collaboration Manager in internal and external communication activities.
- Ensure transparency and proper documentation according to our internal regulations in preparation for internal operational reviews or external audits.
- Monitor events, project timelines and ensures that the deadlines are adhered for communication project according to defined project KPIs within the organisation.
- Additional back-office administrative tasks related with research collaboration activities in the region.
**Your qualifications - solid and appropriate**
- Sound experience in working in international multinational companies in functions requiring intensive interdepartmental interactions and proven intercultural sensitivity.
- Excellent command of standard office IT tools at advanced user level (MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written. Should demonstrate excellent verbal and business writing
- Excellent organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail; while creative at looking for agreed solutions to unspecific problems through interpersonal communication.
- Experience working in a process-oriented fashion, legal and or compliance training is highly desirable.
