Team Management: - Managing the team and overview their working of Account, Finance & Sectorial.
- Preparation of all financial statements: - including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- Future Projections: -Compares sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
- Process & System Improvement: - Reviews existing process and system. Suggest improvement in existing system which will save time, money and efforts.
- Growth Opportunities: -Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share. Identifies opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
- Fund Management: - Liaising and negotiating with Banks & Financial Institutions for raising fund and non-fund-based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital and project requirements. Monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.
- Taxation: Interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of TDS, VAT, Service Tax and Income Tax assessments and filing of various Forms, Returns etc. required under various Statutes. Ensuring adherence to Companies Act and preparation of returns & forms under Companies Act. Guaranteeing regulatory compliances, revenue share, service Tax, VAT etc.
- Management reports: - Preparing periodic reports and present to the management. These reports include: Balance sheet, PNL, cash flow and any other required report.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
