**Job description:

- **
- **Strategy and Planning**_
- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts.
- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization.
- Exploring new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.
- **Management**_
- Review all month-end closing activities including, balance sheet accounts and overhead cost allocation.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy of financial, and management reporting data for investors and company's Board of Directors.
- Review and analyze monthly financial results and give recommendations.
- Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all local, state and federal tax returns.
- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
- This role requires a professional experience of 15-20 years in Risk Management, rolling out Policies and Procedures and controls.
- Analytic study/ review of monthly, quarterly & annual results and finalization of results in compliance with IND As.
- Financial planning viz. a viz. achievements and future projections.
- Cash, Fund flow and Current assests management.
- Income tax, GST and Civil & Criminal cases handled and having sound knowledge.
- Project finance, Finalization of CMA data, Review of FFR & QMS, review of Monthly DP.
- Involvement in development of new modules in Oracle ERP.
- Handling & coordination with internal/ Statutory auditors
- Handling Investment portfolio, Forex, Budgetary controls. Insurance activities.
- Tech Savvy and experience in rolling out Automated and digitized controls.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives.
- Proven ability to build, inspire and manage teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- **Mandatorily Qualified Chartered Accountant.CS qualification will be more preferable**:_
- _Minimum 15-20 year(s) post qualification experience._
- _Age above 45 yrs and max 50 yrs_

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
