**Organisational profile**:
**Khetri Trust** is a Testamentary Trust established in 1987 by Late Raja Bahadur Sardar Singh of Khetri to manage his enormous estate with a current value of Rs. 2500/- crores consisting of a portfolio of high-value properties and utilise the proceeds to benefit students and scholars.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a young and highly motivated COO to assume overall responsibility for the general administration, daily management, human resources, maintenance, and upkeep of Trust properties, leveraging income from them to support the objectives of the Trust.

The Chief Operations Officer is a top-level position and is expected to provide leadership to convert the Trust’s vision into specific, actionable strategies, plans, policies, and budgets. Design and implement strategies that meet the Trust's goals and objectives.

The Chief Operations Officer is also expected to grow employee engagement and cultivate a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and encourages individual integrity and social responsibility.

- Qualifications: MBA, LLB or bachelor’s in liberal arts.
- Strong ability to analyse and appreciate legal scenarios and understand the nuances of litigation.
- Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organise effectively, solve problems quickly and communicate effectively.
- Leadership skills with exposure to civil and criminal action, including the ability to handle external conflicts.
- Rapid cognition - thinks quickly, assimilates ideas well, and readily applies a range of relevant observations and thinking to new situations.

**Remuneration**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
