**Wedding Coordinator**

Betterhalf is looking for Wedding coordinators who can coordinate weddings on-site and help Wedding Planners and vendors execute the Wedding event successfully. Got flair for organizing wedding events? Read on Know someone who might be interested? Tag/Like/Comment/share.

**Roles and responsibilities**

On-site coordination and management of weddings, including overseeing vendor set-up and managing the timeline of events.

Support the Wedding Planner in managing budgets, collating data for client meetings, and vendors.

Stay up-to-date with current wedding trends and industry best practices.

Proposing and executing new events ideas.

Coordinate for wedding event preparation like transports, logistics, materials, accommodation, decoration, Catering etc.

Collaborating with stakeholders.

**Qualifications**

Any graduate (Hospitality background preferred) with 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end on-site event management. (Wedding event management experience is a plus)

Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
