Vendor management: The Wedding Planner coordinates with various vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians, to ensure that they understand the couple's preferences and expectations and that they deliver high-quality services.

Timeline and scheduling: The Wedding Planner creates a detailed timeline for the wedding day and manages scheduling to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Coordination of wedding day activities: The Wedding Planner oversees all aspects of the wedding day, including setup, vendor coordination, guest management, and ceremony and reception activities.

Problem-solving: The Wedding Planner is responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day.

Communication and customer service: The Wedding Planner provides excellent customer service, communicating regularly with the couple and vendors to ensure that everyone is informed and that the wedding planning process runs smoothly.
