Bee Events is passionate about curating personalized events that resonate for a lifetime.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Wedding Planner based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work from home. The Wedding Planner will oversee all aspects of planning and executing weddings, including developing and managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the client's vision is realized. Responsibilities include event research, logistics management, customer service, and maintaining timelines to deliver exceptional events. This role requires a creative and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.Qualifications- Proficiency in Planning, Event Planning, and Wedding Planning to manage end-to-end event logistics. - Experience in Budgeting and financial management for staying within allocated resources. - Strong Customer Service skills to build client relationships and ensure expectations are exceeded. - Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously. - Knowledge of the wedding industry and trends is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
