**Job Description - Destination Wedding Planner (Client Servicing & Event Execution)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Servicing & Coordination**:
Liaise with clients to understand their vision, finalize wedding concepts, and close deals.
Conduct regular follow-ups, share presentations, quotations, and assist clients during reiki (venue recce) trips.
Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams throughout the planning and execution stages.

**Event Planning & Execution**:
Design, plan, and execute destination weddings across key locations such as Rajasthan and Goa.
Manage all aspects of event logistics including timelines, flow of events, checklists, and on-ground execution.
Coordinate rehearsals and ensure on-site presence during key functions to guarantee smooth execution.

**Vendor Management**:
Negotiate with vendors for décor, catering, photography, logistics, and other wedding essentials.
Maintain strong relationships with hotels, resorts, and service providers to ensure quality and reliability.

Source and manage vendor contracts, timelines, and deliverables.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role in the events industry.

Strong knowledge of hotels/resorts and destination wedding venues in Rajasthan & Goa.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.

Ability and willingness to travel frequently and work in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment.
