Responsibilities:

- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and preferences.
- Develop design concepts and themes based on clients' input and preferences.
- Create mood boards, sketches, and presentations to convey design ideas to clients.
- Source and procure necessary materials, decor items, and floral arrangements within budget constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors, including florists, rental companies, and caterers, to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
- Oversee the setup and installation of decor elements on the wedding day.
- Provide on-site coordination and supervision to ensure that the design vision is executed according to plan.
- Address any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.
- Maintain awareness of current wedding trends and industry best practices.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Wedding Designer or in a similar role within the event planning industry.
- Strong creative vision and artistic flair, with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and vendors.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and cultural customs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client events.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Planning, Hospitality Management, Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
