**Post-:Wedding Event Coordinator (Only Female)**

Location - New Friends Colony

**Experience -: 2 to 4 years In Event Coordinator**

**Salary - 30k to 50k in hand**
**Comfortable with Travel**

**Qualification-:*Diploma In Event Management**

Key Responsibilities
- 1. Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and wedding theme. Create mood boards, design mock-ups, and provide recommendations for decor based on their style, budget, and wedding venue.

2. Develop a comprehensive design plan, including layout, color schemes, floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, and other decor elements. Ensure the design plan aligns with the overall event timeline and budget.

3. Liaise with vendors such as florists, lighting specialists, furniture rental companies, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of decor elements.

4. Oversee and manage the installation of wedding decor elements at the venue. Ensure that all elements are set up to the highest standard, paying attention to every detail.

5. Supervise the setup, tear-down, and logistics of decor installation during the wedding day to ensure that everything is flawless and on schedule.

6. Work within the allocated budget to design and source decor items, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality or style.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest wedding and event design trends, materials, and styles to offer fresh, innovative ideas to clients.

8.Client Communication - Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the design process, addressing any concerns or changes promptly and professionally.

Note:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
