1. Assistance to Wedding team for procurement of rates from the hotels & Vendors weddings and Events.

2. Meeting with hoteliers and rates negotiation for Weddings and Events.

3. Comparative analysis of special rates offered with the last year and other Hotels & Vendors.

4. Preparing stationery of Weddings.

5. Signing of the Hotel contract when acceptable.

6. To travel different destination in India for Weddings & Events.

7. Rates negotiation and vendor meetings.

8. Joint Meeting & Coordinating for various upcoming wedding & events.

9. Prepare cost sheet and negotiating with the hotel and prepare final itinerary for weddings & Events.

10. Provide customer service by interacting with clients, liaising with destination agents and coordinate with concerned departments for problem resolution.

11. Prepare cost sheet for raising final tax invoice and following up for hotel/ transportation bills.

12. Maintain complete MIS against each booking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
