We are looking for someone who understands decor practically, enjoys site work, and takes pride in making a venue look beautiful.Who This Role Is For (READ CAREFULLY)This role is for someone who:Understands decor aesthetics, materials, colours & proportionsCan convert client ideas into presentable design conceptsEnjoys on-ground execution, not just desk workIs willing to learn, experiment, and improveIs hardworking, grounded, and responsibleTakes ownership of work like it’s their own event❌ This role is NOT for people who:Only want fixed working hoursOnly want to design on laptop, not siteHave attitude issues or ego problemsAre looking for a purely corporate 9–6 jobKey Responsibilities1. Client Understanding & Design DevelopmentAttend design meetings with clients (with senior team)Understand client taste, references, and budget sensitivityConvert client ideas into structured mood boards & PPT presentationsEnsure designs are practical as per venue, budget, and execution feasibility2. Decor Design & PlanningDevelop decor concepts using:DrapesPropsFloralsLightingExisting inventory creativelyPrepare:Design PPTsElement listsBasic size references for productionReuse and redesign materials smartly to enhance aesthetics and margins3. On-Ground Decor ExecutionVisit venues/sites for feasibility checksBe present during decor setup daysCoordinate with:Decor supervisorsLabour teamsProduction vendorsEnsure final setup matches approved designHandle last-minute changes calmly and creativelyFocus on aesthetic finishing & client satisfaction4.
