Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell wedding and event packages to potential clients.

Generate leads through cold calls, social media, referrals, and industry networking.

Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to meet sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:
Understand client needs and provide customized wedding and event solutions.

Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.

Event Coordination & Execution:
Work closely with event planners, catering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.

Assist in organizing pre-event meetings and walkthroughs with clients.

Ensure all client expectations are met within the agreed budget and timelines.

Marketing & Branding Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.

Attend wedding expos, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness.

Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

2.Proven experience in wedding/event sales, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.

3.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

4.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

5.Knowledge of wedding trends and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills:
1.Experience working with luxury or destination wedding clients.

2.Strong social media and digital marketing skills.

3.Multitasking ability with a keen eye for detail.
