**Job Summary**:
The Wedding and Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of weddings and various events to ensure a memorable and seamless experience for clients. This role involves client consultation, vendor coordination, timeline management, and on-site event execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, budget, and expectations.
- Offer professional advice on themes, timelines, venues, and vendors.
- **Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop detailed event timelines, checklists, and floor plans.
- Coordinate with vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, and musicians.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
- **Budget Management**:

- Help clients create and manage their event budgets.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular updates to ensure adherence to the financial plan.
- **Event Execution**:

- Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces.
- Ensure all elements of the event are executed smoothly and according to plan.
- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, venue staff, and guests on the day of the event.
- **Post-Event Follow-Up**:

- Conduct post-event evaluations with clients.
- Manage feedback, address any issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (weddings preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Proficiency with event planning software and tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel as required.

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- Degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.
- 6+Months of experience in event or wedding planning.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
