Role Overview: As a Wedding Operations Executive in the Decor Division, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of décor elements during weddings and social events. You'll work closely with the design, logistics, and client servicing teams to ensure flawless setup and timely delivery of all decor-related services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Event Execution & Supervision: Oversee on-ground decor setup as per approved design and layout, ensure timely execution, coordinate with vendors, conduct inspections.

 Vendor & Team Coordination: Liaise with vendors and in-house teams, supervise ground team, manage labor and setup crew.

 Logistics & Inventory Management: Coordinate movement of materials, track checklist, handle troubleshooting.

 Client Interaction (On-site): Act as the point of contact for clients during setup, ensure expectations are met, provide updates.

 Reporting & Documentation: Prepare event closure reports, maintain decor SOPs and operational documents.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in wedding or event operations (preferably decor-specific)

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 Ability to handle pressure and work in tight timelines

 Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities

 Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)

 Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and late nights
