SUMMARY - Responsible for managing end-to-end banquet operations for premium venues, ensuring profitability, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Oversees menu planning, food production, quality and hygiene standards, competitive analysis, sales growth, and cost control. Coordinates with sales, unit heads, chefs, and corporate clients to deliver exceptional events, including weddings, corporate functions, and outdoor catering.

Key areas include:

- Operations & Profitability – Drive sales and profit targets, monitor costs, maintain infrastructure, and implement SOPs.
- Business Development – Develop sales/marketing plans, manage PR, build client relationships, and secure repeat business.
- Client Servicing – Customize services to client needs for maximum satisfaction.
- Supply Chain – Manage inventory, vendor relations, and compliance.
- People Management – Lead staffing, training, appraisals, and team motivation.

Reporting to: General Manager

Manages: Sales Head & Manager – Operations

Qualification/Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in Hotel Management with 12–15 years in premium hospitality/banquet operations, strong F&B expertise, leadership, and decision-making skills.
