**Lead Qualification & Engagement**
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are sales-ready.
- Maintain detailed and accurate notes on lead interactions to share with the sales team.

**Follow-Ups to Drive Sales**
- Conduct regular follow-ups with qualified leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
- Reconnect with existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with the platform and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide leads and customers with relevant product updates, offers, or solutions that align with their goals.

**Collaboration with Sales Team**
- Pass qualified leads and insightful notes to the sales team for further engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to share feedback from leads and customers to improve sales strategies.
- Contribute to team discussions aimed at increasing overall sales and improving customer engagement.

**CRM Management & Reporting**
- Update all lead and customer interactions in Zoho CRM to maintain an up-to-date pipeline.
- Track and report on metrics such as follow-up success rates, lead-to-customer conversion rates and sales support outcomes.

**Continuous Improvement & Learning**
- Identify and share recurring questions or objections from leads to refine lead qualification criteria.
- Stay informed about Printrove’s product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to leads and customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or sales support: 2 years (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
