- Act as the first point of contact for the organization.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential customers.
- Nurture warm prospects and showcase the product during the sales cycle.
- Refine and optimize the lead generation process regularly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market insights.
- Track and monitor all lead activities and opportunities using CRM software.
Qualification:
- Any graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to identify client requirements.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
