**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Pre-Sales and Research Executive** to support our sales and business development efforts. The role involves conducting market research, understanding client needs, preparing presentations, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Pre-Sales Support**
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Customize solution decks and case studies based on the prospect’s industry or business need.
- Participate in client meetings to provide technical or solution-related support.
**Research and Market Intelligence**
- Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activity and gather insights on market trends.
- Maintain databases of market data, customer profiles, and competitor intelligence.
- Provide research support for campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, and pipeline development.
**Sales Enablement**
- Work with marketing to create content such as whitepapers, sales brochures, and product guides.
- Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, market research, or business analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Exposure to [industry domain, e.g., SaaS, IT services, consulting] preferred.
- Knowledge of proposal automation or RFP management tools.
- Experience with market research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Statista)
