**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and understand their service/repair requirements for two-wheelers.
- Open job cards and record complaints accurately.
- Provide estimates for service and repairs (cost, time, and materials).
- Explain service and repair details to customers and answer queries.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team to ensure timely completion of service.
- Conduct pre
- and post-service inspections with the customer.
- Keep the customer updated on service progress, delays, or additional work needed.
- Ensure delivery of bikes after proper quality checks and washing.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and service history.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them appropriately.
- Promote value-added services and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Achieve monthly targets for service upsell and customer satisfaction.
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and company standards in the service area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
