Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to bike servicing appointments and queries.
  • Confirm and schedule service appointments with customers.
  • Make follow-up calls for pending services, feedback, and repeat visits.
  • Remind customers about upcoming service due dates or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system accurately.
  • Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team for job status updates.
  • Promote value-added services, service packages, and offers.
  • Ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
