Admissions Counselor

We are a leading study abroad consultancy.We are involved in doing student recruitment to universities and colleges in prime study abroad destinations like US,UK,Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland and other European countries. We help students to get admissions and visas according to their interests.

We are searching for a new Admission Counselor to join our team who is interested in helping to hire and train other team members. You will also assist in making sure the team adheres to company policies, resolving customer complaints, leading the team, and organizing the team schedule.

To be a great fit for this role you should have a consistent work history and previous experience as a senior staff member or as an Admission counselor. A passion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.

Basic Pay : 15,000/- to 25,000/- (based on Experience)

Variable Pay: upto 30,000/
- Your role:

- Tele-calling & Follow-ups
- Assessing student profile and counselling students on country procedures, course requirements as well as suggesting suitable courses
- Handling inbound, outbound calls and attending walk-in clients to ensure maximum conversion
- Staying up to date with universities, courses, entry requirements, scholarships etc.
- Attending university training and webinars
- Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
- Conducting webinars and small sessions to prospective students for increasing sales
- Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data Working with clients
- Monitoring customer and client satisfaction
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
