Spare Parts Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts using inventory management systems.
- Receive incoming parts shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and update stock records.
- Issue spare parts to service technicians based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team to forecast parts demand.
- Monitor stock levels and generate purchase orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all parts for easy identification and accessibility.
- Handle customer inquiries for spare parts and assist in direct part sales, if applicable.
- Perform regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Maintain records of stock movement, returns, damaged items, and warranty parts.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for order follow-ups, returns, or claims.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
