**Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative & Coordination Support**
- Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings, review agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**2. Communication & Liaison**
- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely flow of information and project updates.

**3. Business & Operational Support**
- Assist in reviewing and tracking key projects, sales reports, and performance data.
- Coordinate with accounts, HR, and retail teams for timely submission of reports and updates.
- Support the MD in planning and execution of business strategies, new initiatives, and vendor meetings.

**4. Follow-Up & Reporting**
- Ensure daily/weekly MIS, DSRs, and other reports are submitted to the MD on time.
- Track pending actions from meetings and ensure timely completion by respective departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for all business and official records.

**5. Event & Travel Management**
- Organize company events, reviews, and meetings involving the MD.
- Handle travel itineraries, bookings, and logistics for the MD and senior officials.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
