Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director in Real Estate

**Responsibilities**:
1. Calendar and schedule management.

2. Communication liaison for the Managing Director.

3. Coordination of meetings, events, and travel.

4. Document and file management, ensuring confidentiality.

5. Research, analysis, and report preparation.

6. Expense tracking and reconciliation.

7. Support in project execution.

8. Building and maintaining positive relationships.

9. Upholding confidentiality with sensitive information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience as a personal/executive assistant in real estate.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
