Position: Personal Assistance

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai/ Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the technology department leads, including managing calendars across multiple time zones.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and documentation.
- Coordinate and organize departmental events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update departmental SharePoint records.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Handle procurement and inventory management for selected tech equipment.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tech tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
