Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the executive team’s schedules and calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, Doctor coordination
- Preparing reports and presentations for the executive team
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Organizing and coordinating for Personal Work
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Pay: ₹169,668.49 - ₹254,262.30 per year
