**Job Title**: Personal Assistant
**Location**: Must be based in or around HSR Layout or Bellandur
**Working Hours**: 10 AM to 8 PM
**Age**: 30+ (preferred), Female only

- Manager’s Personal Errands
- Gifts Management

**3. Personal Assistance**:

- **Photoshoot Assistance**: Accompany the manager during photoshoots as the face of the company, ensuring all needs are met
- **Styling Assistance**:

- Join styling calls and take note of style guides
- Plan and organize outfits for the week
- Ensure all outfits for travel are ready and prepared in advance
- Keep track of styling preferences, helping to maintain a cohesive and professional image
- **Travel Preparation & Booking**:

- Plan and pack for upcoming travels, ensuring all necessary items, including outfits, accessories, and eateries, are ready
- Book travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, etc.) and coordinate any special requests for travel
- Ensure all required items for travel (outfits, accessories, etc.) are organized and prepared ahead of time
- **Personal Care & Daily Needs**:
**Doctor’s Appointments**: Schedule and manage regular doctor’s visits, check-ups, and any health-related appointments
**Salon & Beauty Bookings**: Book appointments for haircuts, facials, spa treatments, and any other beauty or wellness services
**Medications & Beauty Products**: Ensure timely ordering and delivery of medications, beauty products, and other personal care essentials
**Personal Care Coordination**: Oversee all aspects of personal care on a daily basis to ensure the manager's well-being and self-care needs are met
- **Daily Cadences**:

- Ensure the office cabin is up to the mark when the manager is working from the office
- Ensure all personal needs are met throughout the day, including food, water, juices, supplements, and medications
- Maintain a smooth, uninterrupted flow of daily activities for the manager, from meals to hydration, ensuring everything is provided on time and as needed

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Prior Experience**: Proven background in Personal Assistance, Administration, and House Management
- **Organization**: Excellent at managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining a well-organized environment
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills with an ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard
- **Discretion**: Must maintain confidentiality and handle tasks with high professionalism
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address challenges proactively and with ease
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using technology to streamline household management
- **Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to varying schedules and tasks as needed, and willingness to take on repetitive responsibilities with sustained enthusiasm
- **Passion for the Role**: Must be passionate about supporting the manager’s personal and professional life and be comfortable with the repetitive nature of the tasks
- **Commitment**: Ability to work long-term with the same energy and interest to maintain consistency in the role and contribute to the manager's work-life balance
