**Designation: Executive Assistant, CEO’s Office**
**CTC Range: 10 LPA to 12 LPA**
**Employment Type - Full Time**
**Job Location - Bangalore (Work from office only)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management:
Manage the CEO's complex schedule, coordinate appointments, and proactively address scheduling conflicts. Plan and organise meetings, conferences, and business travel arrangements.
- Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. Conduct research and compile information as needed for CEO briefings and meetings.
- Task Prioritization: Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to enhance the efficiency of the CEO's office.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare materials for executive and board meetings. Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute follow-up action items as required.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. Represent the CEO in a professional and approachable manner.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate corporate events, including retreats, conferences, and other special occasions. Ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO. Track and reconcile travel expenses.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
