**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the CEO’s **daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements**.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare **presentations, reports, and communication drafts** on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost **discretion and professionalism**.
- Coordinate and follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and business priorities.
- Assist in organizing board meetings, reviews, and company events.
- Maintain a high level of **efficiency, punctuality, and responsiveness**.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Proven experience as a **Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
- Ability to handle pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
