About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO who can provide top-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO's right hand, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning and enabling the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and communication drafts on behalf of the CEO.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and follow up on key tasks, deadlines, and business priorities.
  • Assist in organizing board meetings, reviews, and company events.
  • Maintain a high level of efficiency, punctuality, and responsiveness.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure, adapt quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
