Description

The Commercialization Executive (Inbound Operations), role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product commercialization processes, and ensuring the successful launch of footwear products in alignment with business goals.

**Key Responsibilities: Inbound Operations**
- **Product Commercialization**:

- Lead the commercialization process for new footwear products from product management team
- collaborating with Production, NPD & Materials management, product mgt teams to ensure a seamless transition from concept to launch.
- Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, coordinating with manufacturing team
- Monitor the product life cycle status & take necessary actions
- Tracking & monitoring of product's process flow from design kit to launch & supplies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, NPD, MM to understand product requirements & commercialization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align commercialization efforts with overall business strategy on inventory, Supplies & time to market propositions.
- **Timeline & performance Management**:

- Develop and manage project timelines for product commercialization, ensuring that key milestones are met and products are launched on schedule.
- Identify and mitigate potential delays by proactively addressing challenges during the commercialization process.
- Identify, implement & optimize performance metrics.
- **Unit Visits & Quality improvements**
- Regular visits to manufacturing unit to review on running products, process, quality.
- Oversee quality processes to ensure that footwear products meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to address any issues and continuously improve product quality.
- **Projects**:

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
- Other Projects - Running products Facelift projects, Revive projects, cost saving projects, lead time reduction projects, product improvements, capacity utilization, colours optimization, seasonal planning, demand planning & implementation etc
- Conduct market research (monthly once) to stay informed about industry trends and competitive products, i.e Use market insights to perform running product improvements & innovative suggestions
- Other skills - Advance Excel, SAP, Ai tools is an advantage
