Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Process Associate for an on-site role located in Coimbatore. The Process Associate will be responsible for executing assigned tasks in accordance with policies and procedures while meeting predefined standards of productivity and quality. Other responsibilities include analyzing customer inquiries and needs, answering inquiries and providing information to customers, and providing satisfactory resolutions to customer issues.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

**Qualifications**:

Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule and meet work-related deadlines

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

Experience working with IT-BPO service providers or related industries is a plus

Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
