**Job Title**: Data Entry Operator

**Job Summary**:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in a computer system or database. This role requires a keen eye for detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter data from various sources into computer systems or databases accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data accuracy and integrity by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
- Review and correct any discrepancies in data entry.
- Update and maintain databases with new information as it becomes available.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Respond to data inquiries and requests for information from colleagues or clients in a timely manner.
- Generate reports, charts, graphs, and other data visualization tools as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy across projects.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven 3+years of experience as a data entry operator or similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and data entry systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,096.12 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
