Job Overview

A customer relationship management (CRM) executive manages a company's relationships with customers. They work to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and to grow the business. Responsibilities
- **Customer service**: Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and orders
- **Relationship building**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- **Communication**: Communicate clearly with customers
- **Data analysis**: Analyze customer data to identify patterns and insights
- **Strategy**: Plan and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- **Campaign management**: Manage and execute cross-channel campaigns
- **Collaboration**: Work with other departments to improve the customer experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
