**Key Responsibilities:
- **
**Client Interaction**:
- Speak with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
**Lead Generation**:
- Convert client discussions into actionable leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
**CRM Management**:
- Import, update, and manage client data in Zoho CRM with accuracy.
- Maintain CRM records to ensure all client interactions are documented and up-to-date.
**Coordination**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline client communication.
- Provide regular updates on client interactions and lead status.
**Reporting**:
- Generate periodic reports on CRM data and lead conversion insights.
- Identify trends and suggest improvements for client relationship management.
**Requirements:
- **
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage).
- Ability to manage data accurately and maintain confidentiality.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive approach with a client-centric mindset.
