Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences in a stunning beachfront setting? Le Pondy Beach Resort is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Captain to lead our service team.

As an F&B Service Captain, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar areas. Your responsibilities will include:
**Guest Service Excellence**:

- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Overseeing the delivery of food and beverages to tables promptly and in line with quality standards.
- Resolving any guest concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervising and training service staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold resort standards.
- Organizing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve high levels of performance.

**Operational Support**:

- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between food preparation and service.
- Monitoring inventory levels of beverages and supplies, and placing orders as needed.
- Conducting daily briefings with the service team to communicate specials, events, and operational updates.

**Quality Control**:

- Conducting regular inspections of dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Upholding presentation standards for food and beverages, ensuring they meet the resort's quality criteria.

**Revenue Enhancement**:

- Encouraging upselling of menu items and promotional offerings to maximize revenue.
- Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Captain or Senior Waiter in a reputable restaurant or resort.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine pairing and mixology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
