**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and train the service team** on food service techniques, etiquette, and guest handling
- Maintain a **professional and respectful work environment**:

- **Communicate with guests** to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve any complaints
- Ensure smooth **coordination between kitchen and service staff** for timely order delivery
- **Take orders, handle POS systems**, and assist staff during busy hours or manpower shortages
- **Monitor and report any issues** to the management immediately for resolution
- Maintain **accurate billing and table management** using POS systems
- **Upsell food and drinks** to improve average order value
- Actively **collect guest feedback and reviews**:

- Take initiative to **improve restaurant sales** and show measurable results
- Be **honest, punctual, and professional** at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with **POS systems and basic inventory handling**:

- Excellent problem-solving and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

Pay: ₹13,499.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
