Asian House, the first pub in Pondicherry, has been a favorite since 2005. We offer a lively atmosphere, great music, and premium **Geist beer** with three signature flavors. We are looking for a **Restaurant Captain** to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate service staff to maintain high standards of hospitality.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, from table setup to guest interactions.
- Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately.
- Guide and train staff on service standards and menu knowledge.
- Address guest concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team for seamless service.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in inventory management and daily reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Restaurant Captain or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverages, especially beer and cocktails.
- Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Pay: ₹13,377.09 - ₹20,591.14 per month
