**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to enhance brand presence.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Run paid social media ad campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or businesses.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Experience with social media advertising and budget management (preferred).
