**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule engaging, original, and high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, influencers, and other marketing team members to align messaging.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, trends, platform updates, and tools.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets (optional based on experience).
- Support influencer marketing campaigns, contests, and collaborations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
