**Job Description: Social Media Executive**

**Location**: Noida sec 16
**Compensation**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**About Us**:
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping our brand’s presence across digital platforms. We are looking for a motivated and creative Social Media Executive who is passionate about social media trends and has excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- As per requirement travel to other nearby delhi NCR locality.
- Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster positive relationships with our audience
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand message
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools
- Manage paid social media campaigns and track ROI
- Engage with influencers, partners, and communities to expand our network

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
