**Position Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow multiple social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions aligned with brand tone.
- Monitor analytics, engagement, and insights to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with trending topics, hashtags, and social media best practices.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of current social trends and influencer culture.
- Freshers with strong content sense and social media awareness are welcome.
