Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with the company's business goals and target audience.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media channels. This includes writing posts, designing graphics, and creating videos that resonate with our audience.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic. Optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Use insights to refine strategies and improve future content and outreach.
  • Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and digital marketing to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
  • Experience in writing, graphic design, and video production (knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. is a plus).
  • Ability to analyze social media performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • A creative thinker who can generate fresh ideas for engaging social media content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with different departments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM to enhance social media visibility.
