**Viable Outsource Solution is a leading Business Outsourcing company that provides innovative and effective solutions for online businesses. We are looking for an SMO Executive to join our team and help us optimize our Social Media Platform and increase their organic traffic.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement social media optimization (SMO) strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.**:

- **Create and curate compelling content tailored for each social media channel, considering the target audience and platform dynamics.**:

- **Manage social media accounts, including posting schedules, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.**:

- **Incorporate creative visual elements using editing tools like Canva, InShot, SocialPilot, and others to enhance content across social media platforms.**:

- **Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content.**:

- **Utilize social media analytics tools to measure and analyse performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.**:

- **Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies to maximize organic reach.**:

- **Implement paid social media campaigns to support specific objectives and drive targeted audience engagement.**:

- **Monitor competitor activities on social media and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and nurture relationships with influencers and partners for collaborative campaigns.**

**Skills Required**:

- **Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.**:

- **Strong written and verbal communication skills.**:

- **Creative mindset with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging content. Understanding of social media analytics and reporting.**:

- **Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.**:

- **Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.**:

- **Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously. Collaboration and teamwork skills to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.**:

- **Familiar to use the editing tools like Canva, Social Pilot and other tools**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
